Overseas Port Management Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore to provide professional Port and Logistic Consultancy and Management services globally. OPM has since combined the operational and technical experiences of its staff from various leading port and logistic service providers worldwide to offer our expert advice and management services to our clients. Under the leadeship of Managing Director Mr. MMJ Subramaniam who managed the Container Terminals of PSA Singapore as Chief Traffic Manager for 16 years as well as Container Terminals overseas, subsidiary OPM Aden dramatically increased the activity level of Aden Container Terminal (ACT) in Yemen by more than 100% in less than 6 months since taking over the management of ACT in Nov 2003. Riding on the success of this maiden contract in the Middle East, OPM has since embarked on other diverse projects in Southeast Asia, South Asia, China, Australia, Africa and Europe. This has enabled our professionals in OPM to amass a wealth of experience and intimate knowledge to provide our clients with customised solutions for their port and logistic requirements. Over the past 11 years, OPM had grown from a modest outfit providing port management and consultancy services to an agency with specialisations in logistic operations, engineering services, IT solutions, project financial assessments as well as marketing and administration. From a humble beginning in a 700 sqft rented office in Habour Front, OPM has sinced acquired our own office space of almost 3,000 sqft in Vertex Building.
