Thanks to the exceptional scientific and didactic staff as well as prospective specializations, the University educates highly qualified specialists, who are valued on the labor market. WAT is also a teaching, research, and expert base for the Ministry of National Defense. WAT is a center for advanced scientific research and a place where innovative solutions and new technologies used in industry, medicine, and defense are created. The University belongs to the Space Technology Cluster and is a leader of the PIAST (Polish ImAging SaTellites) project of space nanosatellites.
