AET Flexible Space is the leading provider of Underfloor Air Conditioning (UfAC) systems with an estimated three million m2 installed worldwide. By using the plenum beneath a raised access floor as the ventilation zone, duct and pipework can be virtually eliminated and commercial space can be maximised. This in turn leads to huge savings in construction materials, installation costs, fit out and reconfiguration costs. Zonal downflow units condition the air which is then introduced into the workspace using fan terminal units. The system is inherently flexible; Fantiles are easy to relocate according to changing occupier requirements and feature integrated personal control. We have worked with leading developers, architects and corporate end users on world class developments, for example, the 100,000 m2 Parkview Green building in Beijing; China's first prequalified LEED CS Platinum building and One Airport Square in Accra, Ghana's greenest building. In the UK, Flexible Space systems are considered ideal for height restricted refurbishments; recently completing 20 Soho Square, 33 Glasshouse Street, 28 Savile Row to name a few examples. Many of our projects have won industry awards for innovation, energy efficiency and sustainability. AET Flexible Space: less waste, a better use of space.
