It has 40% of its assessors on payrolls and ensures that each assessor undergoes a 10 days Assessor Training & Development Program created internally. The USP of its assessments is to be able to undertake assessments round the year without any breaks because of a dedicated panel of assessors on its payrolls and adhere to the rules & regulations of the Sector Skill Councils. All the assessors have been certified by the respective SSCs.A dedicated team of content developers, constituting of experienced professionals with domain knowledge and content writers, are engaged in creating simplified version of curriculum for each of the job roles as per the National Occupational Standard.
