In 2015, the Don Bosco Society opened two more Degree Colleges: one at Kohima, Nagaland and the other at Golaghat, Assam.Don Bosco College, Golaghat, is established and administered by the Salesians of Don Bosco, Dimapur Province. It offers Degree courses in Arts and Commerce. The college follows the System of Education, developed by St. John Bosco, which is widely known as the Preventive System of Education and is based on Reason, Love of God and Loving-kindness. It places before the staff, students and parents the high ideals of humanism and service towards which they are continually invited to strive.
