PTC INDUSTRIES LIMITED started as a modest small scale industry in 1963 (Precision Tools & Castings Private Limited), and has evolved into an internationally acclaimed foundry. PTC was amongst the first investment casting foundry in India and offers a number of molding processes today. PTC has been a fore-runner in absorbing and developing new technologies. In November 2006, PTC was awarded the prestigious National Award in the Industry for successful absorption and commercialization of Replicast® technology. Over the years, PTC has grown to become a major supplier of castings solutions, machined components and fabricated parts to many of the world's most reputed companies like Metso, Flowserve, Emerson, Fisher Control, Westad, etc.Currently, PTC has 2 foundries, 2 CNC machine shops and 1 heavy engineering / fabrication facitlity in India, manufacturing castings using Replicast®, RapidCast™, Investment Casting (Lost Wax), Shell Moulding, Sand Moulding and Centrifugal Casting processes in either as cast or finish machined condition. It supplies products for a wide range of applications including Oil and Gas , Liquefied Natural Gas, Valves and Flow-control, Power Plants & Turbines, Mining and Earth Moving and Rail and River Transport.
