The Frost Centre for Environmental Studies is a Canadian registered charity dedicated to providing Canada's youth with affordable access to world-class environmental and outdoor education programs. The Centre accepts donations from individuals, corporations and foundations, and disburses its funds in support of 4 key activities: 1. Providing financial assistance to disadvantaged kids to attend educational and special needs summer camps which have an environmental focus. 2. Providing financial assistance to disadvantaged students to enroll in post-secondary environmental programs at Canadian colleges and universities. 3. Sponsoring environmental research projects focussed on the protection of Canada's lakeland and boreal forest ecologies 4. Funding the development and deployment of environmental education programs and materials for Canada's youth.
