The Sat Yoga Institute & Asharm is a unique center for higher learning dedicated to the research and study of human consciousness and of the nature of reality as a whole. Located in the mountains overlooking Costa Rica's Southern Pacific coast, offers an accelerated path for the development of human consciousness, towards the ultimate realization of human´s highest psychological, intellectual and spiritual potential. Its curriculum is grounded in the insights of the great sages of the world, from the yogic and wisdom traditions of both East and West, to the findings of the most avant-garde sciences and Western postmodern philosophical and psychoanalytical thought. Its home, the Sat Yoga Ashram, is a refuge of peace and wisdom, in a time of rapid change and urgent planetary crisis. The mission is to accelerate the transformation of human consciousness and provide a living example of a sustainable community, employing the most environmentally conscious agricultural practices, based on the highest ethical values of Truth, Goodness and Love.
