SRM is an Italian Research Center for Economic Studies related to Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group and also supported by the Turin based Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation. Since 2003 we provide to our shareholders and to the business and academic community, detailed analysis on Italian economy within a European and Mediterranean perspective. A team of young and highly skilled researchers works in two main departments. One is focused on Italian regional economy and is fit for studying clusters, industries and companies' internationalization with a special regard to tourism and business economy of the South of Italy; a part of the Country which plays the geo economic role of a bridge between Europe and the South Mediterranean.
