Manage and oversee the operations, tenant issues, marketing and leasing, mall branding, cost management and upkeep of the shopping mall complex. From time to time review the management programs and developments to ensure that the shopping mall perform at an optimum level. · Organize the day-to-day management of the mall/property to achieve the highest levels of mall/property management in the region. Work with, as required, head office to plan the future of the mall/property so that it retains its leading position within its market place. Develop standard operating procedures for the mall/property and strategic business plans. · Plan, direct and control all units (shops, offices and condominiums) and resources to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs in a multi unit operation· Create a tenancy mix analysis and based on it develop and implement leasing budget & plans to achieve optimum value from leasing. Create leasing documentation letters of offer, lease contract etc… · Developing where relevant the appropriate action plans to correct variances. Oversee the administrative function of the mall/property, Review expenses to achieve cost saving measures, Investigate methods to maximize revenue, prepare and monitor any necessary contract work, Collect all rentals on a timely basis and prepare monthly arrears reports as required. · Maintain excellent communications with all tenants, be aware of the terms of their leases and encourage their compliance.
