SportFit also works with a non-profit organization Heartfulness Institute Inc. to bring about a societal change through the tools and techniques of Relaxation & Meditation offered by Heartfulness Institute. Through these techniques of Heartfulness Relaxation & Heartfulness Meditation, individual peace and human inner perfection can be attained.
