Law Firm J&T Consulting was established by the young Georgian lawyers in 2008. Since 2009 its managing partner has been Giorgi Tsertsvadze, who is solely managing the company nowadays.Despite the short period of operating on the Georgian legal market, our company has already maintained the worthy place and acquired the niche, which pictures the highest standard of service based on trustiness and professionalism.The occupational field of lawyers working at J&T Consulting is private and administrative law. The vast majority of our clients are entrepreneurs. Therefore the experience which we've gained so far, generally, is related to the settlement of the legal problems of business sector and their reliable representation in courts, arbitration or administrative bodies. It should be noted that we are the legal service provider for foreign companies or the local companies established by the foreigners for the most part.Besides practicing the law, members of our team are involved in the academic activities. In particular, the managing partner of the firm Giorgi Tserstvadze is a doctor of law and the associate professor at Tbilisi State University Law Faculty and the senior associates – Simon Takashvili and Otar Machaidze are PhD candidates in the field of private law at Tbilisi State University. The successful integration of theory and practice is our main objective, which has often become a reason of our superiority in specific cases.J & T Consulting is cooperating with the international companies like Big Four companies and is their subcontractor.
