Our services in these three segments focus on building clarity, capacity and commitment for organizational change. To ensure that we bring in practical insights and implementation focus to the work we do, all our engagements are led by professionals, who have previously been Business or HR leaders in the industry.Prior to setting up In-depth it's CEO, Mr.Arvind Mishra head the Human Capital Consulting practice at Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young in India, Middle East and Africa for a decade. He also set up Human Capital Consulting Practices for Central and South Eastern Europe at EY.We focus on long term relationships with select clients as short term interactions may not be sustainable.Our average client satisfaction score is 8.43/10.
