In January of 1996, construction began on a four million dollar renovation, transforming it into a first class performing and visual arts venue by the architectural firm, Zeidler Roberts Partnership. Known for their design of the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, they created an intimate 1471 seat theatre with a fully enclosed balcony to envelope the audience chamber producing a kinship between the stage and seating areas.The Coral Springs Center for the Arts is truly unique in all that it offers as a cultural Mecca for North Broward and South Palm Beach Counties.
