The human element is also a major component and the involvement and development of the people to deploy improvements internally and to sustain the improvement rate over time is necessary for world class effectiveness. We at QCDME also understand the need for sustainable and effective change which must be looked at like a Value System and Cultural Development, rather than a series of projects, so it is necessary to establish a strong internal change culture for such sustainability. In addition to this, it is necessary for companies to embrace their social responsibility and understand the impact they are having on the environment.
