Cunse group has been devoted to do manufacturing and researching on refractory materials since 1990. Cunse group supply a whole range of refractory service including design, manufacturing, testing, operating, R&D, and engineering for high temperature industry.Cunse group now has 11 production lines, including eight silica bricks lines, and each one of mullite brick, high alumina brick, insulating brick and monolithic line. The annual production capacity is 310,000 tons which is composed of 250,000 tons for silica bricks, which is mainly used for HBS, coke oven, glass kiln and carbon furnace; 35,000 tons for mullite brick, high alumina brick and acid resistance brick etc. for aluminum silicate refractories; 15,000 tons for insulating brick and insulating mullite brick, and 10,000 tons of monolithics and precast refractories.CUNSE group always keeps technical cooperation with Chinese top universities and Japanese Kurosaki Harima Company. The "Composite silica brick products and manufacturing method" which rewarded National patent was co-developed with Zhengzhou University. The physical and chemical performances of super coke oven silica brick which brand is SCOPE21 made for Japanese national projects had reached or exceeded international advanced level.Cunse group has been developed a new technology in recent 5 years.
