AlphaX is a real estate fund company centrally located in the Bay Area. Established in 2019, AlphaX has quickly grown to manage approximately $200 million in assets. We manage investments specializing in the single-family residential field, including long-term rentals, Airbnb rentals, build-to-rent, and build-to-sell, among others. Currently, we have three Portfolios:Portfolio I (currently closed):A single family residential fund,specialized in flipping and rental properties located in bay area ($110 million assets,117 units of single-family residential). Portfolio II: New Development (currently active)Specialized in new development and construction (about 50 units, under design/entitlement/construction, total assets $60 million); Fund III: AlphaX SFR Fund (currently active)A single-family residential fund that applies value-add strategy, BRRRR (Buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat) is one of the key strategies. This fund focuses on a long-term holding of distressed and discounted properties in the surrounding area of the bay area. Fund IV: Debt Fund (currently active)This fund provides a flexible and attractive loan to flippers, builders, developers, and investors. Our mission is to utilize power collected from individuals to form strong capital and make real estate investment accessible.
