CRM Services, LLC was founded out of necessity. A large Property Management Company in SW Washington that the owner of CRM had previously worked for had trouble finding quality, meticulous, and efficient vendors (contractors) to perform work on the properties in their portfolio ranging from property maintenance and general repairs to full renovations and additions. John Torres, the founder, has over 20+ years working on a multitude of varying structures ranging from single family residences to historical high-rise commercial buildings and literally everything in between. His expertise comes from years of experience in the field doing hands on work in multiple trades, being an Estimator, a residential property management Maintenance Manager, Commercial project manager, and coming back full circle to a general laborer (which he still does to this day!). John gets in there in the tranches (literally) with the team if he can see it will help get the job done. He is the point of contact from the initial call, the free onsite visit for estimating your project, and being onsite daily either doing the work himself or simply assisting in supervising the project.We do not seek out new clients very often as we are kept extremely busy with the companies that contract us to do their maintenance and construction. There are times and circumstances where we would like to take on a challenging project that other companies may not want to deal with. Ultimately, what drives the company is the clients' sincere satisfaction when the project is completed that not only was the job done as specified but done with care, caution, and treated as if it was the last project we may ever do. The client's satisfaction is what makes us continue to do this type of work. What ultimately motivates us is the confidence that we provide exceptional results and can't wait to provide that level of expertise to our next project.
