The FSU Business Review is a student organization of Florida State University College of Law that publishes an annual print volume entitled the Florida State University Business Review. The print volume appears in one issue per academic year and its articles are made available online via HeinOnline.\\The FSU Business Review aims to provide a scholarly forum for contemporary legal discourse and to address the issues and concerns transforming the business law community. It is an annual journal which examines the interrelated disciplines of business and law. The purpose is to offer the reader a unique perspective of the various topics under the rubric of business, and the ways in which the mechanisms of business both influence and are influenced by the legal environment. \\Business involves numerous components, including Marketing and Sales, Accounting and Taxation, Corporate Structuring, Finance, Securities and Investing, Real Estate Transactions, and International Trade. In addition, business related issues often involve the areas of Ethics, Psychology, and Medicine. The FSU Business Review examines these areas against the backdrop of Law and Public Policy. Each volume features research by students, scholars, practitioners, and policymakers on a wide variety of business topics.
