R3Z Solutions has also developed strategic relationships with many industry leaders so no matter where you partner or who you partner for, we've got you covered. What's The Purpose Of Our Classes? When it comes to the partner looking to improve their rating, we naturally find that they are challenged when it comes to understanding which areas need improvement. We provide an overview of the rating system and help to educate what the most frequently displayed perceptive behaviors by partners that can typically lead to lower ratings. Upon successful completion of our class, partners will be able to use the "Extraordinary Experience" methodology to ensure that they provide Five Star Level Service. What Classes Do We Offer? QIG - Quality Improvement General - Online Class: This class is for active partners who are looking to improve upon their current ratings and are not in need of any certification of completion. QIR - Quality Improvement Recovery* - In-Person/One-on-One: This class is an intensive course aimed at helping partners who are in need of one-on-one coaching. Due to the intense nature of this course, it is performed in-person by a Consultant. 90+ percent of partners who have taken this course have seen a dramatic increase in their ratings upon reinstatement. *CERTIFICATE PROVIDED UPON COMPLETION
