Lotus Counseling Center was created with the goal of helping others build a life of purpose and growth. Like the lotus, our providers recognize every individual is unique and needs the space to grow, no matter what circumstances. We hope to provide that space and an opportunity to create a life of worth and meaning.We offer mental health support for ages 8 and older. Lotus Counseling Center provides a variety of services and specializes in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Additional strategies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Sand Tray Therapy, play therapy, and art therapy.
