Music hands on (MHO) is a non-profit NGO initiated by the musician and artist Peter Pop Lundbäck focusing on raising awareness about all peoples equal value and spreading a message of love with music as a key tool.MHO is working together with Tanzanian albino reggae musician Sixmond Mdeka i Dar Es Salaam with engagements targeted to support disabled people. As an economic driver for other social engagement and to create work opportunities we have started the taxi company Sixmond Reggae Tuktuk Taxi in Dar Es Salaam. We are in the development to launch more initiatives for people with disabilities in Tanzania.MHO has strongly supported the start of Baba Gurston Inclusive School, which is a school where children with disabilities or without are welcome. Headmaster Baba Gurston is a Reggae musician that Peter Pop came in contact with over Youtube and recorded music with and later helped realize Babas dream of starting an inclusive school. The school now has 175 students and is self-sufficient. MHO is also in the startup of other initiatives! Very exciting!
