We house 72,000 customers, own and manage over 27,000 homes and properties and work with over 40 local authorities. We employ nearly 1,000 people, offer a range of housing products for rent and sale, and undertake a wide range of activities to improve the lives of our customers.Our experience has taught us that investing in people and communities is as important as building homes and this philosophy has informed our activities for more than 100 years.
