We provide life-changing therapy--both for individual adults and couples--to heal mental and emotional pain and help you achieve optimum health. In general, all our staff members help patients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. Our therapy is an in-depth conversation that guides you into the heart and soul of what really matters.In our couples therapy, we have two stages of treatment. Stage One focuses on communication, negotiation and conflict resolution. In Stage Two, we work on the deeper core issues between the couple, where the soul's voice can be heard and help to positively transform the relationship. Our seasoned staff includes two clinical psychology PhDs, a psychologist, four LPCCs, an LMFT and a LPAT, with combined experience of 107 years. We also have an on-staff psychiatrist for Life Change patients who need medication.
