Rachel is an internationally recognized authority on weight-loss transformation. She came to this mission of helping others after her own transformation in the darkest time of her life when she overcame a 5-year heroin addiction and homelessness. During her recovery, she was introduced to fitness and the power of our habits, beliefs, and mindset. She lost 60 pounds and found good health and happiness.
