Our core business comprises of the following areas of specialism: Fit out and refurbishment: Operating in all sectors GB Associates dedicated team of managers and trade teams proudly deliver retail, commercial and residential fit out and refurbishments. GB Associates offer a comprehensive Main Contractor package along with contracting to some of the UK's largest and most trusted Main Contractors. We are happy to discuss potential packages in either format. Private Development: Acting as Main Contractor all projects GB Associates with our professional approach have successfully delivered many outstanding projects for our private clients. These jobs can range from complete new builds to garage conversions. Working closely with our Architectural partners and customers we ensure the finished product is of first class standard and where possible offer value engineering solutions to suit any budget. Reactive and Planned maintenance: Working closely with Direct clients, FM companies, landlords and letting agents we offer a comprehensive service of planned and reactive maintenance. Helping to keep existing retail, commercial and residential property portfolios in the best of condition.
