Amudim's mission is to provide a solid foundation to those experiencing difficulties, enabling them to regain their place in the community.The challenges that plague today's society are unprecedented in scope and severity. Amudim serves as a resource center providing services and support to other organizations through joint programs, referrals and mutual operations. Amudim also provides numerous initiatives of its own, with new programs continually introduced to further meet the community's needs. Understanding that crisis has far reaching ramifications, Amudim's services are available to parents, children, grandparents, siblings, friends and other affected individuals.Amudim has only one goal: support those in crisis on their journey back to normalcy through the pillars of kindness, support, sensitivity, understanding and respect. Our professional staff and volunteers undergo rigorous and continuous training to ensure the best possible outcome in every situation. Many of our staff and volunteers have experienced crises of their own. They bring unique sensitivity and compassion to their guidance and serve as shining examples of how to overcome crisis and emerge from a difficult situation as respected, thriving members of society.
