No cold scary exam tables but rather exams in living room seAfter selling said hospitals three years ago, they found themselves missing the joy in helping a pet feel better, giving a family peace of mind, helping a family pet live as long as possible, building relationships with owners, and, of course, puppies and kittens. They decided to partner on a new model of a veterinary hospital that promotes and fosters the connection with the pet parents, and a wonderful visit experience. We want our clients to know their entire medical team personally each time they visit the hospital.Our experience is different.Is your pet nervous or anxious in the lobby or panics at the sound of the word "vet"? We will help them by texting you when the exam room is ready. This will allow for a swift transition from the car, to one of our home-styled exam rooms that feature a couch for you and your pet; not a cold and scary metal table. To further soothe your pet, we will have a treat menu with options ranging from a thick tennis ball, Frosty Paws dog ice cream, peanut butter bone, to kitty pounce treats, catnip mice, and more. The goal is to reduce their anxiety and provide you both with a comfortable and experience.The pet parent connection is both high-tech through telemedicine, online capabilities, text and messaging, and video consults, as well as traditional methods. Exceptional wellness concierge care plans will be readily available for you to choose from to provide the highest level of medical care to your pet by making it affordable, convenient, and easy for you—seven days a week!
