Upper Egypt for Development and PeaceThe emergence of the initiative out of our belief in the active role of youth and our role in exploiting youth energy to become an effective influence in the production wheel by creating qualified, cadres youth for the international and local labor market The initiative is based mainly on the implementation of peace building & making by preventing conflicts and violence that cause incidents of revenge in Upper Egypt and raising the role and importance of law awareness for individuals and institutions in peace and conflict times, not the role and importance of law's punishment. The difference between them is vast.Training and qualifying young people by providing a range of different programs in cooperation with individuals, governmental and non-governmental institutions, which ensure the presence of multiple competencies and cadres that compete fiercely in the labor market to make Upper Egypt a competitive in the international and local labor market. The initiative's work plan is implemented by committees of volunteers and eminent youth with social engagement and academic experience; Our action plan can be described as working on the first, fourth, fifth and sixteenth goals of the United Nations for sustainable development in cooperation with many governmental and international institutions''صعيد مصر للتنمية والسلام'' نشأة المبادرة إيماناً منّا بدور الشباب الفعّال ودورنا فى استغلال الطاقه الشبابية لتصبح ذات تأثير فعال فى عجلة الإنتاج من خلال خلق كوادر شبابية مؤهله لسوق العمل الدولى والمحلىتقوم المبادرة فى الأساس على إعمال طرق ووسائل بناء وصناعة السلام من خلال الحد من النزاعات والقضاء على الصراعات التى بدورها تؤدى إلى وجود حوادث الثأر بصعيد مصر والتوعية بدور القانون وأهميته فى حياة الأفراد والمؤسسات فى أوقات السلم والصراع وليس بدور وأهمية عقوبة القانون فالفرق بينهما شتان، وتدريب وتأهيل الشباب عن طريق تقديم مجموعة من البرامج المختلفه بالتعاون مع الأفراد والمؤسسات الحكومية وغير الحكومية والتى تضمن وجود كفاءات وكوادر متعددة
