Today, athletes are victim of ‘windfall' income with the troubling statistics of 60-78% of players filing bankruptcy within 5 years of retirement. We believe the problem comes from a lack of financial literacy education, lack of reliable tools that provide control and access to variable financial investments & projects and financial decision makers that do not have a reliable financial model for accurate financial planning. We have developed the ‘personal enterprise model' which is strategic accounting, financial/business goals & trajectory, brand management development & maintenance as well as an administrative foundation. Athletes and individuals alike will be able to build and maintain their personal enterprise through a combination of financial literacy education and integrated management that will help any individual from high school through retirement.
