Founded by Ashby and Timo Marshall who spent over a decade working with environmental non-profits, Spirit Works is committed to the "grain to glass" philosophy. Each batch starts with whole grains of organic, California-grown Red Winter wheat.The process at Spirit Works is simple: whole grain is delivered to the distillery where it is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and bottled — entirely on site.
