WHO WE ARECEAP is a non-governmental organization, founded 37 years ago in 1985, working as a costless vocational school, nonprofit, located in the Pedreira region, in the south zone of São Paulo. The school offers vocational courses for youth between 10 and 18 years, enrolled in the regular education of the 6th grade of elementary school to 3rd year of high school. Organization's mission is to create conditions for the formation of solid citizens capable of transforming the world through their work.The organization operates in a community in the south of São Paulo, in the Pedreira neighborhood, district of Cidade Ademar, whose population comprises a universe of 268 thousands inhabitants. Currently the organization serves 1.000 youth, having already served more than 7.000 students since its founding and owned a service geared to a population exposed to situations of social vulnerability.
