Tokoro sought to serve the artist and fashion industry in Montreal. Towards this, Tokoro launched 3 initiatives:1) TokoroMAG (Formally IMAGE Montreal), a weekly online magazine highlighting artists' work, creative articles and reviews. With over 20 contributors, this publication had hundreds of readers a month. Furthermore, through TokoroMAG, Tokoro covered most of the fashion related events held in Montreal.2) TokoroGO, an event management tool that sent branded email and helped organize the various details associated with hosting an event. This project garnered the interest of some VC companies as well.3) Tokoro Design-a-thon, a charity event where artists donated their time and effort to serve the non-profit community of Montreal.Tokoro also provided design and photography services, employing overseas workers to help handle the volume.
