FORME is a non-profit organisation aiming at the empowerment of individuals and communities through skills development and mediation between different sectors. FORME was founded in September 2014.The mission of the organisation is to boost employment opportunities (mostly through entrepreneurship) of young people, sharing and exchanging experience, competencies, know-how and networks.The profile of FORME is linked to adult education and non-formal education using innovative approaches: storytelling, exchanging experiences and skills as educational methods, actively involving the participants of our courses. FORME organises educative courses for youth workers and young people in general and promotes international mobility – training, educational and work opportunities, actively networking at European level.The staff of FORME is expert in local and European project design and implementation, with years of experience with youth projects (e.g. Youth in Action programme and Erasmus+). Our trainers and youth workers have experience in facilitating youth exchanges, training courses and mentoring and tutoring EVS volunteers, Leonardo and Erasmus trainees, and other young people in mobility. They also have specific expertise with group dynamics, conflict resolution, creative and educative activities.
