RFQ / RFP Bidding - Biding of RFQ / RFP start from Site Visits / Scoping, Data Collection, Analysis, Solution and Commercial Design till getting the deal closed. 3. Warehouse Design and Re Design - Design New Processes or Study and Map Existing Processes, Warehouse Layout Design, Infrastructure and Manpower Planning based on transactions and volumes. 4. Solution Design and Project Implementation - Design Solutions and Setting Up Warehouses along with Complete Implementation of the Project. 5. Project Procurement – We assist our customers in procurement of infrastructure and assets required for the project like; Material Handling Equipment's, Material Storage Equipment's, Office Furniture, IT Infrastructure and Other Related Infrastructure required for the project.
