Fanar Marine Services (FMS) is an independent, privately owned surveying and inspection services company which has been providing a bouquet of Survey & Inspection Services to the marine industry since July 2007. FMS is well established in the Middle East, with our Head Office in Dubai & branch offices in Fujairah and Al Jubail (Saudi Arabia). We have also recently opened a branch office in Mumbai (India) to better serve our clients in/around India. Additionally through our correspondents in Singapore, we offer similar services in the South-East Asia.We consider our USP to be a professionally managed operation with an emphasis on integrity & cost effectiveness. Our expertise spans across most vessel types in the marine industry including Off-shore. Our services include draft displacement surveys for bulk cargo, surveys for liquid cargo, and bunker on/off hire surveys, flag state inspections, condition and value surveys, insurance loss, P&I Club investigations and Port Captain functions. Fanar Marine Tanker Services (FMTS), a subsidiary of FMS, caters exclusively to the tanker industry. Our services include conducting OCIMF-SIRE Inspections for Oil Majors and Inspections on behalf of the Chemical Distribution Institute.
