Raj was also shortlisted as #8 out of an original pool of 275 to be the Director of F&B for the White House under the Clinton administration. The brand's is being managed by Raj Rao's wife Sukriti Singh Rao, Jaspreet Singh Jolly and Yashpal Garg.Jaspreet Singh Jolly:Seasoned professional with 14+ years experience in consumer facing businesses covering all major aspects of food retailing , real estate ,management consulting and franchising. Having worked with and consulted some of the most successful brands from India , US and Middle East.He is currently a director in Double AA Restaurants Private Limited (NYC.PIE) who is spearheading Business development and Operations for the brand.Yashpal Garg:Professional Chartered Accountant (ex-KPMG) having over 10 years of experience. Currently handling finance, fund raising, online sales across Republic of Chicken stores (100 plus store chain). Looking after growth of sales (number of orders and AOV both) on online platforms for NYC.PIE along with finance and fund raising.Sukriti Singh Rao:A PR Professional having 15 years of experience having worked with the country's finest PR firms like Perfect Relations and PR Pundit. Based in New York for a year, I was responsible for the entire US operations of a UK clothing company called Beetlejuice. With NYC.PIE, I plan on creating a niche brand for the food aficionados which would have an international appeal catering to the domestic crowd.
