P&C Construction was established in 1961 and is currently celebrating its 60th anniversary as a general contractor locally owned and operated in Portland, Oregon. The name P&C is a nod to our company founders, Ray Pettyjohn and Don Campbell, who wanted to start a general contracting business that put quality and interpersonal relationships above everything else. As they liked to say at the time, "If a client wants a screen door hung...we'll go hang it!" In other words: no job was too small, no task too insignificant.
