I would like to thank you for your interest in GRM Consulting and the services I am able to offer to your business.I have always had an appreciation of hospitality and started humbly as a kitchen hand in a Sydney restaurant in 1997. This humble beginning is where I was able to sharpen my skills and learnt the business of hospitality from the ground up. Wind forward to 2002, this is where I fell in love with pastry & chocolate and managed the national operations for an iconic chocolate brand throughout Australia. In 2006 I set out on my own and landed my first consultancy contract in Bahrain to deliver a turnkey chocolate bar QSR franchise concept and chocolate & pastry factory, a first of its kind within the Middle East.Since then I have had the rare opportunity to work on projects with some of the worlds top award winning pastry chefs as well as industry leading confectionary organisations, brands and and the clients they serve.GRM Consulting has garnered extensive experience in complex large to medium scale developments, building and leading multi-disciplinary teams for start-up and established projects within the QSR, Casual Dining, Chocolate & Patisserie Production as well as large scale Catering Operation sectors in delivering turnkey projects to various clients within the international arena.Capable change agent that consistently refines and revitalises brand strategies and operational procedures, introduces design innovation, organisational change management, and facilitates solutions-driven team collaboration to my clients.
