Our services included technical support, customer service, billing and refund management.As we grew we set up a joint venture in the US and acquired Lester Inc in 2004-2005. This acquisition allowed us to enter a high value-added niche outsourcing business that had a focus on the publishing, B2B Media and Fund Raising sectors.Over the last 2 decade grew our technology services portfolio and worked with several leading internet businesses such as Register.com (a leading domain name registration company now a part of Web.com) and many small and medium and businesses.
