Ltd.The company is a brainchild of Mr.C.(Dilip)M.Dixit, well known Chartered Accountant., who is Senior Partner in M/s G D Apte & Company. M/s G.D.Apte & Company is the oldest firm of Chartered Accountants from Pune. The firm has handled some of the major assignments in its illustrious history of 80 years.The Company started its operations from Pune , in the areas of ‘Debenture Trusteeship' and ‘Management of Private Provident Funds'. As a matter of pride it is stated that this is the first Private Sector Company to be registered by SEBI, as ‘Debenture Trustee'. It has also enlarged its sphere of activities to include sale of Digital Signatures, Software Audit , Software Escrow Services.In the last decade company witnessed robust growth in its business and it spread its geographical presence outside Pune to Metro cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.We achieved our success because of how successfully we integrate with our clients.
