The origin is important for us, but even more important is the region - it must be the perfect combination of climate, soil and fermentation as well as the drying processes. Along with offering premium varieties of chocolate, we also provide an outstanding classic product line for the professional user, such as chocolatiers, pastry chefs, hotels and caterer for various applications, including our ready-to-use coatings, giandujas, natural flavoured fillings and products suitable for decorations. Since 1908 we perform our craftsmanship with dedication and enthusiasm. We continue to do so by focussing in quality - not quantity. This makes our couvertures truly unique and exclusive.
