To prepare the ground for an constructive professional encounter between Arab college graduates and potential employers, we decided to act on two levels: by training and empowering Arab college graduates, bringing them to a fair and equal starting point as they compete in the labor market, and by recruiting employers to actively participate in the transformation, embrace principles of diversity, and offer positions to Arab college graduates. Kav Mashve has attracted a number of high-profile supporters and members: the Office of Economic Organizations, the Israel Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, the Association of Chambers of Commerce, the Association of Banks in Israel, the Monitoring Committee of the Arab Sector, the Association of Hotels in Israel, the Association of Labor and Industry and others.
