Nancy and Randall are professional Certified Health Coaches who specialize in Transformational Health Coaching - which profoundly affects other life domains. We serve as private practitioners working with a broad spectrum of clients in the 50 and 60s age range.We believe that too many people in their 50s and 60s are feeling old before their time, suffering from fatigue and chronic illnesses that deprive themselves, their families, their communities, and the world of their talents, wisdom, and experience. There is a great divide between the public's perception of aging, which tells a story of inevitable loss - loss of energy, loss of mental sharpness, and loss of physical fitness - and the very positive findings from aging research, findings that demonstrate that adopting healthy lifestyles, even at older ages, leads not only to longer lifespans, but more importantly, to longer healthspans. Wellquest Health Coaching intends to bridge the gap between the public's perception of aging - inevitable decline - and the evidenced-based strategies for healthy aging.
