Whitehall Industries manufactures precision aluminum extruded components for not only the automotive industries but for many other industries. We work to maintain the high quality standards necessary for our automotive customers, and we are proud of our TS16949 certification. Whitehall has over 32,700 Square Meters of manufacturing floor space in 4 plants located in Michigan, Kentucky, and Mexico. We ship products to our customers worldwide, North America, Mexico, China, Netherlands, and the Czech Republic. Our fabrication capabilities include: Extrusion, CNC Machining, Stamping, Bending, Assembly and many others. We have 2 Extrusion presses, SMS Sutton 7"-2000T and SMS Sutton 8"-2700T. And we can provide an array of alloys for our customers; 6063, 6463, 6005a, 6061, & 6082. Our state of the art extrusion presses allow us to meet demanding design and tolerance requirements typical in many Automotive and other market applications. We are involved with Automotive Systems including Sunroof Track, Luggage Rails, Running Boards, Hydraulic Cylinders, Bumpers and other Structural Body Components.
