Mentors (experienced agents) are provided to each new agent to ensure all clients and customers receive top notch advice and counseling.Chip Maxfield served as President for the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS in 1986 and was President of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS in 1993. He was a member of the National Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and served on several National committees from 1991 through 1995.
