Unified HR is a boutique recruitment firm focused to serve Analytics/ Consultancy firms USP of our boutique is it's profound database and ability to screen relevant profiles. Our database takes it's feed on a regular basis from our very owned webtool www.osttalent.com, social networking sites and paid sources. The leads thus collected are analyzed and rated/ marked by our consultants who have years of Industry experience in analytics field. Rated profiles thus become a part of our database. How do we work? A usual assignment starts with our client approaching to us with their requirement. Once the requirement is fully understood we develop filter criteria and extract profiles from our rated DB to work upon. Selected profiles are then approached/ Interviewed and mailed to the client. We also do benchmarking studies, research projects for our clients so to help them understand current market trends, attrition reasons etc.
