Chef Steven Snook, a veteran of Michelin rated kitchens, offers a delicately refined and distinct food menu comprised of tasting plates. This allows our guests the freedom to create their own tasting menus. Rather than choosing a traditional "appetizer, entree, dessert," diners are asked to create their own tasting menus from five courses. Most options on the menu are tasting portions, meaning they are small enough to allow you to try several different things (there are some full-portion options as well).
