Her primary influence is Iyengar style, she feels that focusing the mind on the body not only hlps to prevent injuries but also to train the mind. Victoria has lead Yoga vacations teaches Yoga @ CSUN and has an M.S. in Therapeutic Recreation. Yoga is a work "in" rather than a work "out". We look forward to practicing with you .
