Mr. Kapil Behal joined the business in 1995 talking a step forward for the companies.In 1996 he was also made the District Organizer for SBI MUTUAL FUND for Dehradun and surrounding Areas. In 1996 -1997 the company started its Equity Market operations. Later on the Partnership Firm was converted into Proprietor Firm in the name of Pace Securities and on 01st April 1998 which is a leading distributor in Mutual Funds, Primary market Operations and for the Equity Brokering Business a new Firm Sainath Investment started Operations. In 1999 the firm joined hands as a Sub Broker with Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. SNI was one of the few sub brokers who got Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd to North India. In early 2000 SNI started the LIVE CDSL operation thru MOSL for their clients.On May 2003 the company started their Operation at Hardwar. Seeing the challenges and requirement of more Transparency the Company in Feb 2004 moved from the concept of Sub Broker to Franchisee mode. In 2005-2006 the Company registered highest No of Dmat Accounts and Trading Accounts.Nov 2006 the Hardwar Branch moved into a new office owned by the Company with 2000 square Foot Area with all modern Amenities and the Head Office at DehradunFor 2009-10 the company was awarded as the Best Franchisee North by MOSL.In 2011
